How Does It Work?

We follow 5 simple steps to selling your property:

soupcake.com will make a firm offer for your property, up to full market value, subject to survey.
We then instruct an independent chartered surveyor to provide a valuation survey. The surveyor will always be local to your area.
On the basis that the valuation is in line with our offer, we'll instruct our solicitor to start the purchasing process.
You can use your own solicitor and we'll pay up to £500 for their services. Alternatively, we'll cover the full cost of a solicitor we recommend to you.
The solicitors will organise all the paperwork, and complete the transaction within 28 days.
